Genius Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa has once again showed new path at the completion of ‘Angulimala’ for Sri Harsha Productions BK Srinivas banner. This is the second consecutive film he has taken up after big success of ‘Bhagirathi’ Kannada film.

Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa did not invite the media for the muhurut or for shooting. He invited the media for the final day of shooting with people concerned to his film ‘Angulimala’ that is based on ‘Bayodpadane and Prabodthpadane’.

For the valedictory evening Prof Barguru invited freedom fighter HS Doreswany who had seen the ‘Bayodpadane’ prior to independence and former justice AJ Sadashiva who is in the present social context apt for his thoughts in the film. Dr Jayamala was invited because she missed ‘Bhagirathi’ event. Abhinayasharade Jayanathi who plays ‘Angulimala’ mother, former KV Chandrasekhar, Sa Ra Govindu, Sai Kumar, Raghu Mukerjee were on the dais. All of them were felicitated on this occasion at Bangalore Palace on Saturday evening.

Producer BK Srinivas thanking Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa immensely said he was at the shooting spot for one day. That day the lunch was at 4.30 pm for all the team members. That is the interest in work for Prof Baraguru he stated. I extent same support I had given to ‘Bhagirathi’ promised Srinivas.

‘Angulimala’ on Himsaka and Ahimsaka is made with some interpretation. It was Yuddodpadane ancient period and Bayodpadane is off late. Here in ‘Angulimala’ there is lack of ‘Prabhutva’ disclosed Prof Baraguru.

HS Doreswamy freedom fighter recalled the days of Valmiki, dacoits in northern parts, Naxalites who came for social transformation who later changed etc in his speech.

It is difficult to understand Prof Baraguru said justice Sadashiva. He is a man with concern. It is difficult to complete erase ‘Bayodpadane’ felt Sadashiva in his address. This kind of films would help us to look different. Thanks for Prof Baragur who makes us to think like that said AJS.

Dr Jayamala felt Prof Baraguru has given birth to new evolution. He is a real professor in his work. We don’t see ‘Manavathavadi’ in our films today. That was found in the early period. For the dubbing tussle faced now Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa should be used for the case felt Dr Jayamala.

I had not worked with Prof Baraguru so far. He is a good teacher on the sets without any tension felt Jayanthi in her address.

‘Angulimala’ on silver screen Sai Kumar dialogue king of the film was at the media meet despite of his father at ICU. I always wanted to work under TSN, Nagathihalli and Baraguru sir. One such opportunity has come. Prof Baraguru absolutely knows what he wants. I have delivered 18 pages of dialogues in ‘Police Story’ and it is not the scene in this type of film. There is good ‘mother and son’ relationship in this film. This is quite different in the 40 years of my career said Saikumar.
